ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply to registration for and attendance at the C-UAS Strategy Forum 2026 (the “Event”), produced by Combustion Marketing LLC in collaboration with DRONEMATCH Limited (“we”, “us” or the “Organiser”). By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to these terms.

1. Registration and Payment

Registration is personal to the named attendee.

Where a registration fee applies, payment must be made in full in accordance with the payment terms provided at registration.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when registering is accurate.

2. Cancellations and Substitutions

All registrations are final and registration fees are non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend the Event.

You may request to transfer your registration to another person from your organisation by contacting us before the Event. Substitutions are subject to our approval, and the replacement attendee must complete any required registration information.

You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation and other costs associated with attending the Event.

3. Cancellation or Postponement of the Event

If we cancel the Event and do not reschedule it, we will refund any registration fee you have paid. This refund will be our only liability to you in connection with the cancellation.

If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled Event.

We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs or losses resulting from cancellation, postponement or rescheduling.

4. Changes to the Event

The Event programme is subject to change. We may change speakers, sessions, timings, content or other aspects of the Event where reasonably necessary. A change to the programme or the non-attendance of a particular speaker will not entitle you to a refund.

5. Attendance and Conduct

The C-UAS Strategy Forum is a professional business event. Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, sponsors, venue staff and Event personnel.

Harassment, threatening or abusive behaviour, discrimination, deliberate disruption of the Event or other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

You must comply with reasonable instructions from the Organiser, venue staff and security personnel and with applicable health, safety and security requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone from the Event where we reasonably consider this necessary for the safety, security or proper operation of the Event or because of a breach of these terms. No refund will be payable in these circumstances.

6. Chatham House Rule, Photography and Recording

The Event will be conducted under the Chatham House Rule. Attendees are free to use information received during the Event, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed in connection with that information.

Attendees must not attribute comments, statements or views expressed during the Event to any speaker or participant, whether publicly, on social media, in the media or in other external communications, unless that person has expressly agreed to the attribution.

Attendees may not take photographs or make audio or video recordings of Event sessions without the prior permission of the Organiser.

The Organiser may take photographs and make video or audio recordings at the Event for Event reporting, archival and promotional purposes. Any publication or use of material from substantive Event sessions will respect the Chatham House Rule and will not attribute comments or views to individual speakers or participants without their permission.

General photography of the venue, networking areas and Event atmosphere is permitted, provided that it does not disclose or attribute information shared under the Chatham House Rule and respects any photography restrictions communicated by the Organiser.

Where the Organiser wishes to feature an attendee or speaker prominently in an interview, testimonial, photograph or other specific piece of content, permission will be sought where appropriate.

7. Personal Data

We will process personal information provided in connection with registration for and attendance at the Event for the purposes of administering and operating the Event, communicating with attendees, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Notice.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Further information about how we collect, use, share and retain personal information, and your rights in relation to that information, is set out in the C-UAS Strategy Forum Privacy Notice available on the Event website.

8. Safety, Security and Personal Property

You must comply with all applicable venue safety and security requirements.

You are responsible for your own personal possessions. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property at the Event.

You will be responsible for any damage you deliberately or negligently cause to the venue or other property at the Event.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or travel, accommodation or other costs incurred in connection with the Event.

Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Event will not exceed the registration fee paid by you for the Event.

10. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We will not be liable for failure or delay in holding the Event, or for changes to the Event, resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, terrorism, civil disturbance, government action, venue unavailability, interruption of utilities or other circumstances that make holding the Event unsafe, impracticable or impossible.

Where reasonably possible, we will seek to reschedule the Event or make appropriate alternative arrangements.

11. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms.
