PRIVACY NOTICE
This Privacy Notice explains how personal information is collected and used in connection with the C-UAS Strategy Forum 2026 (the “Event”).
1. Who is responsible for your information
The Event is organised by Combustion Marketing LLC (“Combustion Marketing”) in collaboration with DRONEMATCH Limited (“DRONEMATCH”).
Combustion Marketing is responsible for the personal information collected through Event registration and for administering the Event. DRONEMATCH will receive attendee information as described below in connection with its role as co-producer and may also use certain business contact information for its own commercial purposes, subject to applicable data protection and electronic marketing laws.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when registering for or attending the Event, including your name, job title, organisation, business email address, business telephone number and other registration information.
Where relevant, we may also collect information about dietary, accessibility or other requirements that you choose to provide so that we can make appropriate arrangements for your attendance.
We may also collect information generated through your participation in the Event, such as attendance records and communications with the Event team.
3. How we use your information
We use attendee information to:
- process and manage registrations;
- communicate with you about the Event;
- manage attendance, security, access and Event logistics;
- provide appropriate catering or accessibility arrangements where requested;
- administer and deliver the Event, including post-Event follow-up;
- keep you informed about future editions of the C-UAS Strategy Forum and other directly related events, content and activities, where permitted by applicable law;
- maintain appropriate business and financial records; and
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing information with DRONEMATCH
The Event is produced by Combustion Marketing in collaboration with DRONEMATCH. Attendee information may therefore be shared with DRONEMATCH for purposes connected with planning, administering, delivering and following up on the Event.
DRONEMATCH may also use attendee business contact information for its own commercial purposes, including contacting attendees about relevant products, services and business opportunities, where permitted by applicable law.
We do not sell attendee information or share attendee contact details with Event sponsors or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Other service providers
We may provide personal information to service providers that help us operate the Event, such as registration, website, email, venue, production, catering, payment or technology providers. They may use the information only as necessary to provide their services to us and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or a competent authority.
6. Our legal basis for using your information
We process personal information where necessary to administer your registration and deliver the Event, where we have legitimate business interests in organising and operating the Event, where you have given consent, or where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
Combustion Marketing may rely on its legitimate interests, where appropriate, to keep business contacts informed about future editions of the C-UAS Strategy Forum and other directly related events, content and activities. Where legitimate interests are relied upon for business-to-business communications or marketing, those interests are balanced against the rights and reasonable expectations of the individuals concerned.
Where applicable electronic marketing law requires consent, consent will be obtained before the relevant marketing is sent.
7. International transfers
Combustion Marketing LLC is based in the United States. Your personal information may therefore be accessed, stored or processed outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will take appropriate steps required by applicable data protection law to protect that information.
8. How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including Event administration, follow-up, record-keeping and legal or accounting requirements.
Information used for direct marketing may be retained until you opt out or object. Limited information may then be retained on a suppression list so that your marketing preference can be respected.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction or deletion of your information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal information for direct marketing, including marketing from Combustion Marketing about future C-UAS Strategy Forum activity.
You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
